A: Click the Delivery Options link on the ticket page you are interested in. The postal service delivery are approximations only. If you are not sure, order using FedEx for guaranteed delivery times. You will receive a tracking number via email for all FedEx orders.

Q: Do you send actual tickets?

A: Yes, we send the same tickets you buy at the respective parks

Q: How long are tickets valid?

A: Unless otherwise stated, tickets are valid through December 31 of the calendar year.

Q: Can I pick my tickets up at the attraction or your location, or can I download tickets and print them out

A: Not at this time. Disney® tickets must be shipped to you so allow enough time to receive them.

Q: How long can Disneyland Park Hoppers® be used for?

A: Disneyland Park Hoppers are valid for unlimited entry to Disneyland park® and Disney's California Adventure™ park on the same day for 13 consecutive days from the first day of use.

Q: Can I receive a copy of WELCOME to Southern California Magazine with my tickets?

A: Yes, WELCOME Magazine with its great maps is free with all FexEx orders, or you can purchase a copy by clicking the Buy a Copy cover on the left. If you just want to read the current issue, click the page turning magazine on the left.

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: All sales are final.

Q: Do you sell Disneyland one-day tickets?

A: No, we carry multiple day Park Hoppers.

Q: Do sell other attraction tickets?

A: Yes, click the Attraction Tickets button on the navigation buttons and go to all tickets available on WelcometoSoCal.com.

Q: How far are the attractions away from each other?

A: Universal is in Los Angeles, Disneyland is in Anaheim and SeaWorld is in San Diego. Disneyland is about 2 hours south of Universal Studios Hollywood and 2 hours north of SeaWorld, San Diego pending traffic. Plan your hotel and drive times carefully so you don't spend your time driving Southern California freeways.

Q: What beaches do you recommend?

All So Cal beaches are the best in world, but here are the most popular. In the LA area Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Hermosa Beach. In Orange County try San Clemente, Newport, Laguna or Huntington Beach. In San Diego, La Jolla, Mission Beach or Coronado Island. All of these beaches have plenty of public parking and easy access.
