Pixar Fest, the largest celebration of Pixar's beloved characters ever to come to a Disney Park, brings guests together to celebrate friendship beginning April 13, 2018, at the Disneyland Resort.

The Pixar Fest event is running for a limited time so plan now to see Pixar Animation Studios stories come to life like never before. Pixar Fest will take place in both parks showcasing your favorite Pixar characters from Disney®Pixar’s “Toy Story,” “Monsters, Inc.,” “Finding Nemo” and “Up” culminating with a new Pixar themed fireworks spectacular, “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” that lights up the night sky with Pixar characters you've come to love.
Guests will also be able to join in on the fun with all new Pixar surprises, themed park décor and lively entertainment. Enjoy specially themed food and exclusive event merchandise with the ever present theme of friendship, a theme ever-present in Pixar animated movies.
“Together Forever” explodes to life through mega-projections illuminated across different park locations including Sleeping Beauty Castle, Rivers of America on massive water screens, across the front of “it’s a small world” and splashed across the shops and eateries along Main Street, U.S.A. Not to be outdone by Woody and the rest of Andy's toys, Buzz himself will make a special flight soaring high above Sleeping Beauty Castle.
“Pixar Play Parade” also gets the nod this spring, but 2018 seasons run takes a new route through Disneyland. The lovable “Luxo Jr.” lamp leads the new parade joined by characters from “Up” and “Inside Out.”
The mega-popular “Paint the Night” parade returns on April 13, but will travel a new route through California Adventure. The returning parade features many of your favorite Pixar stories, including characters from “Toy Story,” “Monsters, Inc.” and “Cars.”
As part of the Pixar Fest celebrations, a collection of Pixar Shorts will also be featured at California Adventure's Sunset Showcase Theater, including fan favorites such as “For the Birds” and “LAVA.”
Guests will be able to kick up their heals to the infectious music inspired by Pixar famous performances in California Adventure's Paradise Gardens. Pixar characters will also be making appearances for pictures and hugs. For younger guests there will be crafts and activities.
Pixar Fest charm bracelets will be available from the events merchandise at select shops. Guests will be able to mix and match a variety of charms containing a message of friendship and Pixar characters.
Plan now to join Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Mike and Sulley, Dory, Lightning McQueen and Mater in what will be tip-of-the-hat celebration to the amazing characters created by the talented Pixar animators.
